Mandy Moore has NOT had a nose job. Nor has Sarah Jessica Parker. Nor has Madonna. And so it goes on. I mean they took two pics of Mandy Moore, one in which she was smiling and one in which she was not. Because her nostrils, as they do, appeared stretched from her smile, they decided this meant she'd had work done. That's just bad plastic surgery reporting! Lindsay Lohan breast implants? I'm not sure about that one. But generally, don't trust them. Yes, we NEED an auditor of celebrity plastic surgery, but alas, this is not it.
